We take your vision and turn it into reality…

From concept to architectural plans, costing and then building your vision.

At ECO DC our mission is to create healthy and low energy homes for families, for communities and for the future.

Applying over 30 years of experience we are in the forefront of delivering Passiv-Haus and EnerPHit buildings.

Meeting testing standards requires technical know-how and experience.

We provide an end-to-end, project managed solution with Passiv-Haus specialist architects, installers and an independent Air-tightness tester.

These are builders with morals, intellect and a passion for pursuing the highest standard of construction in the world. Every little detail counts and ECO DC address them with practicality and enthusiasm.

There is only one team who is up to the job on this project and I am lucky enough to have them here with me.

As part of our mission to bring high-quality low-energy homes to as many people as possible, we are involved in a variety of out-reach and community projects.

We give a number of public talks each year on ecological construction theory and practice covering Passivhaus / EnerPHit standards and beyond.

Passivaus and EnerPhit can form a key part in solving the UK’s ongoing social and housing crisis as it directly tackles issues such as fuel poverty and public service running costs associated with buildings.
